I'm lost! Where can I buy gourmet coffee already roasted?

We recommend going to CoffeeAM.com for your gourmet coffee needs. You will find all the coffees listed here. They are fresh-roasted to order. CoffeeAM.com also has over 100 different flavored coffees from which to choose.

How much is shipping? Sales Tax?

Our shipping charge is the exact amount that UPS charges to ship from our warehouse. This charge is based on the weight of your order and the distance it needs to travel from zip code 30188 in Woodstock, Georgia, based on daily pickup.  Our default shipping is UPS Ground. Your shipping charge will be displayed after you enter your shipping information on the Shopping Cart screen, but before you are asked for your billing information.

As an example, shipping charges on a 50-pound bag of coffee are around $18 on the East coast, and up to $34 on the West coast. Smaller amounts are considerably less.

Shipments billed to Georgia addresses are subject to a 6% sales tax.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

We ship domestic packages using either Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEX, and the delivery time will vary from 2-7 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Priority Mail packages should arrive 2-3 days after being shipped.

Next-Day Delivery orders will be shipped as requested and we will add a surcharge to shipping.

Do you provide tracking numbers or delivery confirmation numbers?
We do provide tracking numbers and Delivery Confirmation numbers on all orders. You will receive an e-mail with this information when your product ships.

APO orders and International orders will not be notified of tracking numbers via email. Please call 1-800-803-7774 for tracking information.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes. We understand that even though our site is 100% secure, ordering online is a new experience for many. Please call us at 1-800-803-7774 if you are uncomfortable ordering online. We will be happy to assist. We are available between 8:00am-4:30pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday.

Can I set up a business account?

Sure! We supply coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, and other businesses with coffee, tea, syrups, smoothie mixes, commercial brewing equipment, and more!  Please call 1-800-803-7774 and ask for our wholesale sales manager, Janice Hall. She will be happy to get you set up.

How safe is ordering online?
It is 100% safe. We use a Yahoo! Secure server and guarantee you will not experience any problems by ordering online with us! If you are still unsure, we will be happy to accept your order via telephone at 1-800-803-7774.
Do you accept C.O.D.'s or money orders?
We do not accept C.O.D.'s for individuals. If you do not wish to use a credit card, you may print out the 'check out page' and mail it to us along with a money order. Our mailing address is :
